The Need-to-Know Before You Go

The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your email before the show for exact times.

PARKING LOTS
Parking lots typically open an hour before the scheduled gate time, but check your email for exact times. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier or Reserved Parking.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Find drop-off at Gate 2, pickup at Lot F. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off, turn you flashers on, and they’ll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show with your flashers on—you won’t be able to enter otherwise. For taxis and ride shares, follow Lane 5 to F Lot.

WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY
Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

BOX OFFICE
Open on show days from 12pm.

THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch in north, east, and west plazas. For some events, you’ll find extra booths in the parking lots.

RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.

TAILGATING
Yes, you can hang out with your friends before the show. Check out our FAQs for what you can bring.
