As a reminder, outside lawn chairs and umbrellas (of any size) are not allowed to be brought into the venue. Smoking, vaping, and tobacco products are prohibited.
GENERAL VENUE INFO:

The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.
GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your email before the show for exact times.
PARKING LOTS
Parking lots typically open tow hours before the scheduled gate time, but check your email for exact times. If you plan to park at the venue, you will need to purchase one parking pass per vehicle. Parking options start at $20 per vehicle for General Parking when purchased online prior to the day of the show. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier, Easy Out, or Reserved Parking.
DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
If you plan on utilizing a rideshare service, pickup and drop-off will occur at the Walnut Creek Athletic Complex. Please set your rideshare location to:

WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.
MOBILE ENTRY ONLY
Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets HERE.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).
BOX OFFICE
Open on show days from 12pm.
THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch in north, east, and west plazas. For some events, you’ll find extra booths in the parking lots.
RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.
TAILGATING
